At the press conference with members of the Berlin Senate, British embassy, Anne-Frank Center as well as the Grundschule am Teutoburger Platz, I gave a demonstration of how the app works. Here you can see a video of the app in action with images provided by the Zeisler family, and an interview with one of their descendants by the children of the Grundschule am Teutoburger Platz.
Hi, nice idea. where can I download this app?
Hi Peter, it is not available for download yet. But I will update here when it is.
Great achievement & project !
Thank you!
Hi, I was in touch with you a long time ago when a colleague Rainer Borsdorf (website link below) and I thought of such an app to complement his walking tours of former Jewish-owned businesses and residences in Ilmenau (Thuer.) In your new job at Centropa (congrats), are you engaged with JMB’s Jewish Places portal? Data on my family is there. I believe your concept is richer and very interactive.
Thank you, Sam. I am familiar with JMB’s Jewish-Places, I am glad to hear you worked together to make your family history accessible.
